Hall Pass - A Tasty Sample of More To Come
Thank you so much for the opportunity to share with you some tools and teaching you will find inside our Team Building School. I am excited to know that you are passionate about helping teams to increase their performance and engagement. I have included a couple things for you and your team as you start your journey at Team Building School:
Toolbox - Team Building Activities
Commonalities - This is a great activity that is easy to implement in a meeting or conference environment. It is particularly of interest to learners with Interpersonal, Mathematical/Logical and Naturalistic learning profiles (you'll learn more about that in your eLearning Course). You will have access to the printable sheets, video tutorial, and video lead tools. These are my gift to you.

Team Building 20 - This activity is another great tool. So much so we have made it available in multiple formats to enable you access in the way that works best for you (Kindle Cards, Printable Version, and Even a Book). In our Library we keep the Printable Version for our students. This allows them to print everything from the dice to the card deck. You can easily print large volumes for a conference, or just one for a virtual/live meeting.

e-Learning Course - Intro to MIQ
MIQ - Multiple Intelligence Quotient - At the bedrock of how we design our team building experiences is MIQ. It is a metric that we as team builders and project mangers can use to better target the right events and activities for the right teams. Using MIQ you will be able to delineate the styles of learners you have so you can more easily choose the activities with the greatest chance of success from our Library (and beyond) that will speak to their needs.

Library - Books
Livin' Life Large - This is the first book I wrote. It is about "work/life balance" from an East Coast of Canada perspective. It is a fun read. Each section is written so that you can read it while you have three sips of coffee. Then think about what you read and apply it to your current life. Feel free to share it with others that you think might enjoy it.
